Terms and Conditions
I. Processing/Production time for IN-STOCK units (meaning no custom options have been added before checkout) is 7-15 business days from time of purchase. Depending on our current volume of orders at the time your unit could arrive before the 7 day mark, but will definitely be sent by the 15th business day at the latest unless rush services have been purchased.
II. Processing/Production time for units REQUIRING CUSTOMIZATION (i.e. coloring, knot bleaching, tweezing, styling, etc.) will typically process for 15 – 30 business days. Depending on our current volume of orders at the time your unit could arrive before the 15th day mark, but will definitely be sent by the 30th business day at the latest unless rush services have been purchased.
III. All units are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take approximately 2-4 days to receive after processing is complete. Once your order is in possession of the post office, we are not responsible for any damages caused, loss of items, or customs fees charged (for international orders) by USPS.
IV. Due to the ‘Custom’ nature of our business ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
V. Again, No refunds will be given under any circumstance, however if you feel there is a legitimate problem with your unit on our part please send an email to JReadyHair@gmail.com for a damage assessment. *Email must be sent within 3 business days of receiving the unit.* If our team concludes that there was a problem on our behalf you will be sent a shipping label to return the unit for repair(s) or an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we receive your unit after the 3 day response period or if the unit shows significant wear & tear.
VIII. Repairs/exchanges take approximately 10 business days depending on the extent of the damage.
